Goreman is a Kormin barbarian and the patriarchal leader of defunct Kuth clan, an old Kormin tribe of nomadic barbarians. The Kuth were nearly wiped out a few years ago by an invading force of Kerizatz princes. The massacre was foreseen well in advance, and a contingent of local Iroshai swore to defend the heavily outnumbered Kuth tribe, which certainly would have resulted in a victory for the Kormin. The Iroshai, however, betrayed their oath to Goreman and stood idly by while the nomads were crushed. As a result, the Iroshai greatly expanded their hunting lands and reached a tentative stance of mutual aggression with the Kerizatz princes. Goreman never forgave the treacherous duplicity of the Iroshai.
Goreman is physically imposing and his temperament is that of unnerving calmness. He stands nearly eight feet tall in boot-shod feet wears a vicious horned helmet. His eyes are dubious and calculating. He is never impulsive, even though, as a barbarian, he faces a constant struggle with the fires of rage that bubble inside him. He is somewhat advanced in age for a Kormin and, in general, he can passively suppress his outbursts of rampaging destruction. It is clear though, that all it takes is a single moment of purposeful neglect for him to transform into a mobile whirlwind of spear-pointed death…
